Sushy-tool installation failed on RHEL9.1 with OCP 4.13.10

Hey Guys,

I think you should change the role of sushy-tool installation because below packages are removed from RHEL9. can you please confirm if my understanding are correct.

• python3-virtualenv
• libvirt-devel
