This will track achieving 70% test coverage for QUADS 2.0 release.

Given our current coverage we pretty much exceed what is possible here (77%) marking this as done. Excellent work here @grafuls @k3nd1k @athiruma

The jump from 77+ to 90% coverage are things that are not "testable" persay.
