I encountered an abnormal exit

What system version do you have?
Redis only supports 64-bit Windows

Version: 1607
OS Version: 14393.1884
System Type: 64-bit OS

The version of the package I am running is Redis-7.2.4-Windows-x64-msys2

I haven't been able to reproduce it. Please change the system.

Okay, I got it.

My server is still running both 3.0.504 and 5.0.14.1 due to legacy architecture issues. Also, I installed RedisJson, which may cause some problems.
So far, it hasn't encountered any errors.
