add a configuration item for loading RDB file?

After master <-> replica full resync, redis created RDB file. I don't open save RDB, the RDB is not newest data, while redis-server restart, it will load RDB including old data, that creates problems for me.So I want to add a configuration item that can control RDB need to be load.Please give me suggestions.
