Provide a Docker Compose file and update the setup doc to use it #10

In line with other courses, we should provide a Docker Compose file here, and turn on Redis persistence to a local folder. This will save the students from losing the course data if they stop the container.

Should probably also update the setup page / segment to point everyone at the GitHub README as the source of truth for getting set up for the course, in line with newer courses.
