Is there a way to extract data from online dictionary and save it

Not that I'm aware of. It's possible the mobile app downloads the actual real data that is used on the website as well.
... But this is giving me an idea to maybe download the sqlite without the app... Hmmm

Yep, inside this zip is the sqlite offline database of the app!
Can't guarantee this sqlite database works with my project here as I haven't used it for ages. Maybe their schema changed or whatnot.
Just try it!

Also it's possible this link will expire. I can see a token an the url, who knows how long it will work
