the first 2 sites I had to unblock or pay to use or see if I even wanted to use

these 3 XXX sites automatically opened in new tabs while I was looking at the first 2 sites to see if I even wanted to use or sign up for them

Can't reproduce any ublock or pay demands. Those are popups, force update your filters or report on Easylist forums - https://forums.lanik.us/
