Please ensure:

  • The bug is caused by Refined GitHub. It doesn't happen if I disable the extension.

@fregante could this be a Chrome-specific bug? I'm not seeing it on latest Firefox.

It depends on the emojis. I see if on Safari if I enable scrollbars on my system

Maybe we need more padding-bottom in the fields we're adding the scrollbars to
