[Router] Scope based with nesting support #3

Routes should always be defined inside a scope, which are nestable by nature. For example:

App.router.scope(scope => {
    scope.prefix("/admin")
    scope.nest(scope => {
        scope.prefix("/users") // prefix => /admin/users
    })
})
