Remove tutorial button from menu and make it clickable in the default sidebar instead #170

It is quite stupid to have a text with an icon saying please click on this icon... elsewhere.
We should

  • remove the tutorial button from the menu
  • and make it simply clickable inside this explanatory text.
    This would also solve some issues of trying to activate the tutorial when options have already been selected and break the tutorial flow with missing elements.

Doing so also requires to

  • update slightly the default sidebar texts

  • update the last step of all tutorial series that say to reclick on the ? to reactivate it (i would simply drop it)

  • If at the same time we can make the final step of the tutorial close button take the position of the usual next button instead of some place confusing as it is right now that would be great ;)

also maybe the default explanatory text of the sidebar could be centered vertically
