Start suggesting people add project_urls to setup.py

There's a new-ish setuptools option project_urls that will be displayed by the new https://pypi.org/ in a sidebar. One can use this to link to a bugtracker, documentation, source control repository etc.

Perhaps it would be a good idea for pyroma to start suggesting people add project_urls to their setup.py files?

I agree. I'll look at this, I should also move over to the new json interface to pypi.

In the next release it will look for either project_urls or url in the setup.py data.
