New demo page

Based on Patrick's latest findings. We need to update this repo's demo files to show our latest approach to ads on demand.

In other words, we need to create a simple demo page that illustrates the concept of using the new async script tags and matchmedia. The goal would be to keep this demo super simple and reserve the more complex example for benjamins/django-ad-manager repositories.
