Moved calculation of shoreline position adjustement from coast.py into mor.py and enabled basic interchange of sediment between river and coast. Sediment discharged from river gets split 50/50 and put on coastline either side. LST sediment into channel gets put on channel bank. Addresses #8 and #9 (at quite a basic level!).
