Getting webclient.ApiException - java.net.socketTimeoutException: timeout #47

Dear Team,

we have deployed our regula sdk in azure container and create a webapp service.
we are pointing this azure webapp service url from our java code.

when we try to process the national id we are getting 'socket timeout exception'. could you please help in understanding the issue.
