ショートカットファイルを用いた Internet Explorer 11 を呼び出す方法。
Revive IE11 from a shortcut file.

再現手順

English follows Japanese.

1. ie.txt ファイルを開き、すべてコピーする。
2. 新規にテキストファイルを作成し、内容を貼り付ける。
3. ファイル名の拡張子を .url に変更する。
4. ファイル名を変更したショートカットファイルを開く。

Reproduction steps

1. Open the ie.txt file and copy everything.
2. Create a new text file and paste the contents.
3. Change the file name extension to ".url".
4. Open the renamed shortcut file.
