Implement a HTTPListener to allow for stopping to listen for requests. #588

listenHTTP should return a HTTPListener, which in turn should have a method stopListening similar to TCPListener that can be used to unregister the request delegate and possibly to stop listening on the TCP port (if no other virtual hosts are using that port).
