Thanks @mapmeld for cranking this out! Looks great. I'm going to do a few modifications on it, add specs, and move the controller actions out to a separate controller to try and maintain the RESTful structure as much as possible. It will be helpful for mimicking the API as well, as later on the votes could be run as a simple API for mobile apps or whatever else we might like. So, it might be a few days before this gets merged, but it will be going in soon. Thanks!!

also, i'm not online in slack at the moment (full day of other things i have to do) but tomorrow I'm going to be doing a bunch of commits to the site, I'm rolling out support for global sites (not just the Mosul museum), especially in light of the loss of heritage in Nepal due to the earthquake. So... there will be plenty to do! :)
