The document is available here:
https://www.itu.int/rec/R-REC-TF.2018/_page.print

I've tried both "ITU-R TF.2018" and "ITU-R TF.2018-0".

$ bundle exec relaton fetch "ITU-R TF.2018"
[relaton-itu] ("ITU-R TF.2018") fetching...
[relaton-itu] WARNING: no match found online for ITU-R TF.2018. The code must be exactly like it is on the standards website.
[relaton-itu] If you wanted to cite all document parts for the reference, use "ITU-R TF.2018 (all parts)".
If the document is not a standard, use its document type abbreviation (TS, TR, PAS, Guide).

@ronaldtse the relation-data-itu-r has only "ITU-R TF.2118-0". There is no "ITU-R TF.2018-0".

How can we also include "ITU-R TF.2018-0" in relation-data-itu-r?

@ronaldtse maybe create the file manually in a separate folder and add it to the index.

@andrew2net how is 'relation-data-itu-r' now populated?
