I ran rcov 0.9.0 in ruby 1.8.7 got 100% coverage report, but ran the same spec in ruby 1.9.1 got 90+% coverage report.

There is already a 1.9 support issue open. 1.9 support is still experimental and is not considered complete quite yet. Closing this issue as a duplicate of http://github.com/relevance/rcov/issues#issue/8
