contact-form-7-datepicker does not work in WP 3.5.1

Datepicker does not work in WP version 3.5.1 in Dutch language (nl); CF7 version 3.3.3; CF7 Datepicker version 2.2.1
CF7 Plugin and Datepicker plugin activated; shortcode [contact-form-7 id="11" title="Contact form 1"] pasted into page (Reservations).
Clicking this page the basic contact form shows up; however not the date calender, which did show up in the Contact/Contact Form 1/ of the dashboard.
I can select different Datepicker Themes (selected Theme Sunny). Both the CF7 and the Datepicker Theme are saved.
I read on another forum about some problem with the watermark. This problem apparently is corrected already in version 2.2.1 by the author. However contact-form-7-datepicker still does not work

Any idea why the Datepicker is not working?

I don't see any [date] shortcodes in your form. Are you sure you understand how to make use of this plugin?
Use the Generate Tag (Tag aanmaken) select box in the right side of the form editor to generate a date field for you to use.

Thanks for your quick reply, even on sunday!
To be frankly I am 'just' a user and not a programmer. I did not have earlier experience with the CF7, so I just downloaded the CF7 plugin and simply installed it on my website without making any further adjustments. So your answer to your question is: no, I did not understand how to make use of this plugin. I now see that it is a very flexible plugin with a lot of possible adjustments.
I have now added the Generate Tag (Tag aanmaken; nice that you added the Dutch translation!) and am trying to correctly fill in all required fields. This has already some partial success, since I now see the calendar appearing in my website at

However I do have some problems with some of the fields of which I do not know what they mean:

1. the box verplicht veld (required field) at the top. I checked this box
2. the fields id, class, size, max length Which are optional. I left them blank
3. the date format which standard reads mm/dd/yy which I would like to read dd/mm/yy For the time being I left as it is.
4. mindate and maxdate
5. the box 'animate' no idea what it is doing. Put it to 'Schaal' (Skale)
6. the boxes 'change-month' and 'change-year' Function
7. the box buttons
   I am attaching a screenshot of the 'completed?' form [date-610] before saving and a screenshot of the page 'reserveren' in the browser as a customer sees it. I tried to make an appointment on wednesday the 13 by checking the 13 box, but nothing happens.
   I would have expected another screen showing the possibilities on wednesday the 13th, which could then be checked also.

Users can't leave that field blank

No problem

You would want to use the European format dd-mm-yy so validation would work properly, if you want to use spaces you can use an underscore _.

4. mindate and maxdate

The minimum and maximum dates selectable by the user.

5. the box 'animate' no idea what it is doing. Put it to 'Schaal' (Skale)

Animation when datepicker shows up.

6. the boxes 'change-month' and 'change-year' Function

Allow the user to change month/year using dropdowns (select boxes).

7. the box buttons

Display the Today and Close buttons on the datepicker.
