Yes

Steps to Reproduce

Start a new project.

cp .env.example .env
npm install
docker build -t indie:test .
docker run -it indie:test sh
ls -al

Expected Behavior

Only the absolutely necessary files.

Actual Behavior

All the files in my repository are copied over.
