vscode ts server does not recognize remix when removing a package

Problem

So basically on my current project has this problem where I remove a package with yarn remove and then the package remix on files would be shown as an unknown package from vscode.

Solution

The only temporary solution to this day is by going to vscode palette > "Restart TS Server"

Versions

Tested at Remix v1.4.1, even before at v1.3.5
OS: Windows 10

Does anyone have this kind of problem?
