Find a third owner

One of our three maintainers is retiring, so we have two maintainers now. I like having three people; two is probably a sufficient bus factor, but three means "ties" are easier to break. So I think we should do a call for volunteers. The first time I did this I put no effort and it worked pretty well, but maybe we can do better.

I have drafted #94 as a rationale, and also as "instructions" and guidelines that include the very process of selecting owners.

As a call to action, I propose the following message to be published in places like the BcnEng Slack (Spanish might seem inconsistent because the whole repo is in English, but I think it makes sense because I assume most places this will be published on will be Spanish-speaking).

remote-es es un proyecto para facilitar la búsqueda de trabajos en remoto en España. Por la baja de una de las tres personas que mantienen el proyecto, buscamos otra persona para seguir siendo tres.

Adicionalmente, nos hemos dado cuenta de que somos poco representativos de la variedad de personas que podrían utilizar remote-es, y nos gustaría incorporar una persona que nos ayude a ensanchar la perspectiva a la hora de tomar decisiones sobre el proyecto- de manera que estas decisiones no sean solamente más inclusivas, sino además, más efectivas.

Si te interesa involucrarte en remote-es, por favor contactanos vía [mecanismo adecuado para donde se postee esto, p.ej. enviarnos un DM en el Slack de BcnEng para el post que pongamos ahí], describiendo cómo crees que puedes ayudarnos a tener una perspectiva más amplia en la dirección del proyecto y cualquier otra información que creas relevante.

Intentaremos incorporar a la persona que creamos que nos pueda aportar una perspectiva más amplia, seleccionando al azar entre las mejores opciones si ninguna destacase claramente por encima de las demás.

I'd be happy to become a candidate on the list!

I'm taking this opportunity to suggest you that people could use this GH Issue or rather create a Discussion so they can opt in as candidates. I think its better than other channels.
However, I understand some people might not want to say it in public yet so maybe a simple typeform form or just plain email could work as an exceptional alternative for those.

I'd rather do it in private. People might be discouraged to see many applicants, when they could be uniquely interesting. I just posted in BcnEng Slack, and DMs would be fine. In other media, email might be good.
