Works on MB C200 2016

Works on my MB C200 2016 w205 2.1 diesel and gives a bunch of data. Just install add-on and enter my email, then enter pin that came in mail.

Nothing really to complain about.

Unlock link gives some error "doesn't match pattern ^\d{4}$" but that might just be because I'm not paying extra for that feature...

Maybe some stuff that would make a bit more sense in renaming.

Tire - Tyre (to be consistent with mb app, but that's just US and GB variants so can be fine as is I guess)
Tire Warning - Tire Pressure Warning
Liquid consumption reset - Fuel consumption since reset
Liquid consumption start- Fuel consumption since start
Range liquid - Remaining Fuel Range
Distance reset - Distance since reset
Distance start - Distance since start

will poak around some more.
