xRules: tool in subfolder (not default folder) causes error on ruleset creation #69

To trigger this error, do the following:

  1. Start xRules and click "Add"
  2. Select "Create new ruleset"
  3. Now, enter a valid name

Expected: the file will be created.
Result: error message containing path + "No such file or directory"

Although it will work when the ruleset location is specified to begin with.
