Provide all the necessary information and scripts necessary to deploy Renovate Pro to a Kubernetes Cluster.

I like the look of helm and inspired by GitLab's approach: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/install/kubernetes/gitlab_chart.html

Renovate Pro has quite a lot of configuration though, we should make sure it's not too difficult to include it all.
