What would you like Renovate to be able to do?

Renovate should support draft PR's on Gitea like it works on Gitlab.

A Gitea draft PR has the WIP: or [WIP]: prefix by default, but this value is configurable.

If you have any ideas on how this should be implemented, please tell us here.

Simply check PR title like in Gitlab for the WIP keywords and add / remove like we support in Gitlab platform.

my main usecase is to manually mark renovate pr as draft if it needs manual fixes to not accidential merge it
