@viceice This PR is stuck waiting on the license/cla step. The /api/cla/get route is taking an extremely long time to respond. Subscribe to issue cla-assistant/cla-assistant#829 to be notified of fixes for this problem.

This problem also causes new contributors (who need to sign the CLA) to not see the correct form, because they need to wait a long time before the form gets loaded.

Updated branch, should hopefully automerge after ci checks.
