为什么 call 比 apply 快？
对比了call和apply方法被调用后发生了什么。apply中定义的参数格式（数组），使得被调用后需要对参数进行检查等操作，而call中没有此步骤。而且apply的参数不管多少个，都会执行循环，call方法并非如此。文章比较短，但挺详细的。而且文章里提及的call和apply的性能对比例子很全面。
