[deadlock?] v2 getting stuck on boot after connecting to postgres

Hi,

since today my docker deployment of wikijs + postgres is not working anymore.

The wikijs container logs:

for me it looked like something is blocking so i found out how to list active locks in postgres using this query:

select pid, 
       usename, 
       pg_blocking_pids(pid) as blocked_by, 
       query as blocked_query
from pg_stat_activity
where cardinality(pg_blocking_pids(pid)) > 0;

which resulted in:

 -[ RECORD 1 ]-+---------------------------------------------------------------------
pid           | 32
usename       | wikijs
blocked_by    | {30}
blocked_query | update "migrations_lock" set "is_locked" = $1 where "is_locked" = $2

this is where it is. even after hours nothing is happening.

I would be grateful for an approach

can be closed: upgrade from postgres 11 to 16 fixed this problem
