Pressing space no longer plays/stops

I cannot reproduce this, neither with a live stream nor with an rrd file.

Do you have a specific command?

When you open an rrd file, you will enter the "follow" mode which will put the play-marker at the end of the file.

Space will toggle to pause, and space again will toggle on the follow-mode again. The effect is that space doesn't do anything.
