Move Software Highlights to their own place #1114

We identified that the current placement of the Software Highlights is not optimal due to several reasons:

  • on page change, users have to scroll across the Highlights block every time
  • the format is not very suitable to display a history of Software Highlights

The conclusion was to move the Software Highlights to their own space, e.g. as a component on the front page or a separate page.

Questions that could be discussed:

How should a component on the front page look like?

Should Software Highlights have their own page?

Should Software Highlights be easily accessible from everywhere in the RSD (link in Header, burger menu)?
