Develop transforms for interconversion of biotoolsSchema XML with other formats e.g. YAML and JSON, with mechanism for auto-conversion and to preserve validation and error reporting as required.

  • auto-manage file format variants
  • use shims to automatically generate / interconvert alternative formats (XML, JSON, YAML) - assuming this can be done in a lossless way - again, as part of CI (XML <> JSON | YAML transforms are on the way)
