One of many issues around GitHub-based content management for bio.tools.

Mechanism for periodic and on-demand update of bio.tools back-end database from GitHub, or conversely, update of GitHub from this database, to support updates of bio.tools with changes from GitHub and global refactoring. Alternatively new mechanism for global refactoring of GitHub files directly.
