Consensus engine that uses people-vote instead of coin-vote or cpu-vote. Integrates with the consensus engine interface in Go-Ethereum. Based on https://zenodo.org/records/3687243. The licence is as free as it can possibly get. Can be combined with any population register, used by any nation-state in the world, and also with https://bitpeople.org for a global nation-state.
