Hi! I think I can help with the project :) I was looking for a good rate limiting library, since diehard's rate limiter is very lacking. I ended up finding this set of libs and they're great, with highly configurable and composable modules. Since the rate limiter was not wrapped yet, I wrote my own wrapper. I tried to follow resilience4clj's template closely, so I believe it'd be quite straighforward to add it to the org. Of course, I still need to write the event handling stuff and tests. What do you think?
