India compliance module is not working with Webshop- (version-15)

Information about bug

When a customer signs up on Webshop-v15, the new signup triggers some changes in the existing 'Sales and Charges Template' in ERPNext, which consequently prevents the customer from placing an order. If we go into the Sales and Charges Template and remove the templates and create new ones, it works only until there are no signups. However, if a new customer signs up, the same problem occurs, thus leaving the entire system unusable.

This is not a specific issue. Can you be more specific about what changes are triggered? Traceback?

It's possible that the webshop doesn't comply with India Compliance validations, however issue could be with the webshop app.

It was working fine for last week, but when i tried with

ERPNext: v15.17.1

Frappe Framework: v15.17.3

Helpdesk: v0.10.0 (main)

Frappe HR: v16.0.0-dev (develop)

India compliance was working fine till last week, but when they upgraded version-15 to new versionv15.8.1 (version-15), it broke.
ERPNext: v15.27.4 (version-15)
Frappe Framework: v15.29.2 (version-15)
India Compliance: v15.8.1 (version-15)

It gives below error. It seems some issue with Doc type Bill of entry. Iopened a bug #2255

I have another EC2 instance where India compliance is working fine.

Frappe Framework: v15.29.1 (version-15)
India Compliance: v15.7.5 (version-15)
