Do you follow Semantic Versioning? Can you document it in README or CHANGELOG #173

I assume you follow https://SemVer.org as you mention about deprecation and breakage in README. But it'd be better if you can explicitly mention it in README or CHANGELOG.

We do follow typical major/minor/teeny conventions, but not in the strict semver.org sense.
