The Front Page of this github repository points to https://github.com/rethinkdb/rethinkdb/blob/next/NOTES.md

saying...

We keep a list of changes and feature explanations here.

However, the notes file records only up until 2.3.2 and contains nothing about release 2.3.6, suggesting that the project is dead, when in fact there was a much more recent release, an important fact which reinforces that a community is still maintaining the project.

I know it is easy for project maintainers to overlook front pages since they have no need to view them, but it was a natural place for me to go as an outsider checking on project liveness.

Looking forward to hearing about upcoming releases. This is by far the best-designed DB I have seen from the point of view of query composition, and I intend to start using it on a new project imminently.
