Move recent username changes and comment history from the header menu

The ESGST menu contains 7 items and 5 of them are about the script. The "Recent user name changes" doesn't fit there at all. It should be only about the script. I suggest to move the item to another place.

The Comment history could be elsewhere too. The username changes could be in the settings pop up because it is not so important to have it directly in a menu. The comment history would better in the main menu of SG but I don't know where exactly it should be put.

Edit: I know where - to the menu where is SG Sync, My Stats, and so on
