Prevent Header Refresher from notifying about wishlist giveaways that are above the user's level

Currently I have the heart icon in the tab title for a giveaway for Level 7 while I'm only 5.

How about a setting to not get the notification unless we can enter it/we are the appropriate level?

Why do you have set steamgifts to show you giveaways that you cannot enter, anyway? You know you can turn it off in the SG settings, don't you?

I know I can turn it off yes, @gizellos. I still think there should be an option for it in ESGST though seeing as the whole purpose of the script is to give people as much options as possible to tailor their experience of the site.
I'd still like to be able to see giveaways in general that I'm not able to enter, however I don't need the wishlist GA notification to show for stuff I can't enter. :)
