Ignore this version - new option in "new version pop up" #65

I would like to have possibility to ignore pop ups about new versions of ESGST that I marked as "ignored". It means if I cannot use the newest version of the script because the new version is not working for me I want to mark the not working version as ignored and don't see the pop up until a newer version is up.

Did something different. The popup now only appears once per version.
