Fix a bug in Endless Scrolling

Endless scrolling isn't working with that version.

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: esgst.es_loadNext is not a function at ESGST.es_resume (esgst.js:12740) at ESGST.es_activate (esgst.js:12478)

@revilheart Yes, latest version(Current Version: 7.20.4). I have enabled endless scrolling on bookmarked giveaways. But it does not load bookmarks. Only shows up after clicking "load more"and endless scrolling does not work either.
And another thing. The pause and resume bar on giveaways page is missing also.
