Fix a bug that does not load encrypted giveaways

I put an encrypted giveaway here and I cannot see it in the encrypted giveaways list even if the icon is green.

I have no errors in the console.

No. They are disabled as you can see in the screenshot.

They could be bugged and still filtering? Do you have "Created" disabled in the filters? Try changing that and seeing if anything changes. The filters are applied to the decrypter before the popup is open, to prevent useless requests.
