Color contrast of Java icon in Options menu #151

I'm satisfied with Darcula theme, but Java icon's color constrast in Options menu has a little problem.
Background color is dark and icon's color is deep blue, so they are not distinct from each other.
I think it would be better if it is changed to other color.
