norm2 has been removed from CRAN #117

CRAN has removed the dependent package norm2. https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/norm2/index.html. You will need to update MsCoreUtils to no longer require this package as soon as possible. norm2 will be removed from our builders over the next few days. We appreciate your quick attention to this matter as MsCoreUtils will affect 50+ packages in a cascading effect.

See #100 for how the dependency was added.
