Equivalent to PostGIS st_line_interpolate_point? #94

I'd like to add a point to an existing linestring at a certain position a la st_line_interpolate_point (http://postgis.net/docs/manual-dev/ST_Line_Interpolate_Point.html). Nothing in RGeo appears to support that. Is there a workaround?
