KMM v2.0.0 unable to pull certified image from Red Hat registry

Summary:

KMM v2.0.0 on OCP 4.14 is unable to pull the certified driver container image from Red Hat registry once the pre-built mode module is deployed in default openshift-kmm namespace. This behavior is unexpected as it was working on KMM v1 deployments.

Impact:

Requires an additional step to pull image by creating a pull secret in same namespace as Module and specifying pull secret name in Module.
