Bring configs up to date

Security config has changed since e.g. example-conf/rds-secure.conf and node-secure.conf were written.

Current form is like this:

There are also some new config parameters especially for the example Node to allow greater flexibility of declared media type (see video_type) and format parameters, and add Node and Device tags (see node_tags and device_tags) for BCP-002-02.

Updating the example configs should be straightforward, it would also be nice to document these a little (at least point to any info in sony/nmos-cpp) and maybe add a step-by-step on the setup of a secure NMOS Registry.
