Need help with installation please

Hello, i am new here and i don't find how to make this bot work. I filled the config.txt wih my oauth and consumer key etc... but it don't work and i am a little bit confused.

i run my cmd and i do :
d:
cd twitterfollowbot.py-master
python setup.py

and it fail.

I tried the other py file ini.py but it still fail... what file i must run to launch the bot ?

I run an other twitterbot similar to this one and it works great. I really wanted to try this one so if someone could give a noob a few helps, i would be very thankful.

And i have well done the pip install twitter / pip install twitterFollobot
